How do I take Dad Bod Warrior Creatine?

Dad Bad Warrior creatine comes in convenient tablets perfect for those always on the go.  No powders, mixing or bloating.  We like to take 2 tablets prior to our workout and 1 tablet after it.

Can I chew the hydration tablets?

Dad Bod Warrior hydration tablets are best used as lozenge, they dissolve quickly in your mouth and absorption can begin quickly by bypassing the GI tract.  They can be chewed if desired, although you'll get a concentrated electrolyte taste.

Can I dissolve Creatine or Hydration tablets in water?

Neither tablet has effervescent properties that would allow them to quickly dissolve in water.  Both tablets are designed to dissolve in the mouth and typically dissolve in a few minutes.
